Welcome "Ideas to Be Rich at a Young Age - Part 7" In previous part 6, we are explaining the actions on your Ideas are so important and we have explained how can take actions on your ideas for your paper assets like shares, mutual funds and bonds.
In this part 7, we will explain how can you grow your actions of your ideas in your own business.
Idea 1 # Be Real Entrepreneur
If you want to become entrepreneur, you must become real entrepreneur who has more than 500 employees full time.
Following are qualities which you have to learn. You have to take actions to learn all such great qualities for success in your business.
Quality No. 1 Leadership Quality
Are you leader for your own business. No, then good news for you. That you can learn leadership quality as your new skill. Did you see building. How it comes in the existence. With team of different people which leader leads for achieving his mission of making building.
For learning Leadership Quality as skill, you have to take following actions
(A) Accept New Challenges of Your Business
You have to accept new challenges of your business. You uplifted your business and one day, it has failed due to competition. To accept this failure. Leader accepts the challenge. Then start to think positive and remove your all hate, anger and worry. Again start from small goals and lead your time to achieve your goal.
Take big Responsibility of Your Business Mission
For example, my mission is to available all things online for sale. My mission to make ebooks and provides its to whole world at cheap rates. My mission to grow in publishing work. A person has taken the responsibility and invented the bulb. A person has taken the responsibility and invented the computer, laptop and mobile. One person has taken the responsibility and made heater. What did you take the responsibility. Think, think and think and take actions for your responsibility.
(B) Do Brave Work
Brave works can be done with brave thinking and taking actions for small risks. Invest some money in your business and take the risk. Maximum risk is to loss your money but your are not playing gambling. Be brave. Appoint the team of employees and you will win.
(C) Make Normal Person to a Extraordinary Talented Person
Have you eye to see inside talent of a normal person. Encourage same normal person and make him extra ordinary talented person by boost his self confidence. See a person who has fear to sing but his voice is sweet. Encourage him to sing and when he will become singer, you will leader and lead him for your own big business. It is less cost but high performance method.
(D) Motivate Others to Do Positive Actions
For other, you give positive advice and say to think positive. Motivation has the power. One man can grow with your motivation and motivate next 1 Lakh people and you are leader of same 1 Lakh people because you motivate 1 Lakh people's leader. Motivation will boost your leadership quality.
Idea # 2 Start to Live Life without Salary
If you are doing job and depend on salary. Take good action. One month fast for using your salary. Never use it and take only part time action for your business. Think how much you feel satisfaction. Every month do part time actions for your business. Within few months, it is sure, you wil get earning and now you have to depend on fully same business earning.
Ask following questions always from yourself
a) If you are real intelligent why do you need the job and big salary?
b) Why am I thinking about my salary at the end of month? Am I fear of not getting salary next month?
c) Have I financial IQ for my business success? What actions, I did to learn it from online or offline.
d) Is it good to spend whole life for earning few notes whic you will receive from salary?
Idea # 3 Actions for Thinking Positive Regarding Your Business
9 Out of 10 new started fails because all give up due to negative thinking. Take action for thinking positive regarding your business even you have failed.
Take following steps if you have failed in your business.
(A) Accept it that you have failed. There should not fear from failure. Come forward and accept that you have failed in your business. It will help to stop your stress and anxiety. Accept what will result of your failure.
(B) Think Positive : Think, it is normal. Everyone fail but I have opportunity to try again with more study, more good plan. Next time, I will more smart. Next time, situations will more favorable for me.
(C) Remove your Negative Thoughts : For using silence, remove your all negative thoughts. Silence and focus on your breath for 30 minutes everyday.
(D) Start with Small New Goal
Now, you have to set relevnat small goal for your business and take action to complete it.
(E) Never Give Up
You have to think that you are on never give up mission. You have cut on tree and it is sure, tree will cut one day. It is sure your all actions will reach you the success of your business.
